Deep Yoga offers Yoga Teacher Trainings, Workshops, Retreats, Yoga Classes, Ayurveda and Private Healing Sessions with Yoga and Ayurveda. We are based in San Diego and partnered with Ginseng Yoga Studio. It is home to DYSHA, the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts, where through the Sacred Sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, Deep Yoga guides clients, students and teachers into taking Yoga up off their mats and fully into their lives. We are devoted to healing, personal growth and unfolding the power inherent within us all to experience who we truly are, manifest our greatest aspirations, serve humankind and ultimately merge with the Divine. Ginseng Yoga Studio of San Diego is located in South Park and draws students from throughout San Diego County and Southern California.

is the process through which Vedic Wisdom is embodied in our daily lives. It guides us into transcending the ego, moving beyond our social conditioning and coming to know our true Self. We learn to master body, breath and mind, releasing illusions and habituated responses. We live in our truth, in complete self-expression, as we celebrate the blessing of becoming Jivanmuktis: Liberated Beings.

is the oldest known system of holistic medicine, prepares us for the true Journey of Yoga through purifying, balancing and harmonizing our body, mind and actions with the cycles and rhythms of Nature. Through the masterful system of Tri-Dosha, Ayurveda allows us to understand our unique constitution and implement individualized practices and programs for optimal health and vibrancy.

The sacred sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda are profoundly relevant for our modern times, offering us a time-tested pathway into healing, harmony and happiness. Together they comprise the universal science of developing your fullest potential. Through this ancient wisdom we learn to deepen our consciousness, open our hearts and liberate ourselves from the stress and anxiety that permeate our culture. We come into harmony with nature and merge with the Divine, therein owning our power and living our truth.
Yoga and Ayurveda flow from the Vedas, the oldest known spiritual texts of humankind, said to have been “downloaded form the Divine” by sages in deep meditation. This great wisdom was subsequently embodied in sacred texts, including the Upanishads, Bhagavad-Gita and Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Deep Yoga, home-based and partnered with Ginseng Yoga Studio of San Diego, is founded upon the core principle of integrating the wisdom of these great texts into our daily lives, effecting personal healing and transformation in body, mind and spirit.
