Deep Yoga is based in San Diego and partnered with Ginseng Yoga Studio. Ginseng Yoga Studio of San Diego is located in South Park and draws students from throughout San Diego County and Southern California. It is home to DYSHA, the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts, where through the Sacred Sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, Deep Yoga guides clients, students and teachers into taking Yoga up off their mats and fully into their lives. We offer teacher training, retreats, workshops, seminars, Yoga classes and private healing & lifestyle sessions. We are devoted to healing, personal growth and unfolding the power inherent within us all to experience who we truly are, manifest our greatest aspirations, serve humankind and ultimately merge with the Divine.
