Your Training Includes:
The training will include six weekend Intensives (held monthly), our annual Mastery of Life Retreat, weekly study assignments, group gatherings (Bodhi Groups) and opportunities for you to student-teach for small groups as you develop your skills. As well as learning the Deep Yoga approach to guiding Asana Classes, you will learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, Yoga’s sacred Sister Science that is known as the most complete form of holistic healing and wellness. You will also come to know the greatest ancient texts of Yoga and how deeply relevant their wisdom is for our modern age.
Deep Yoga is a Registered Teaching School with The Yoga Alliance and graduates are eligible for registration with the nationally recognized Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. Our Mastery of Life Teacher Training Certificate Program is held annually at Ginseng Yoga Studio of San Diego. For an overview of the Deep Yoga teaching style, click here.

$ 2250 ~ Payment in Full after March 1 and prior to April 7, 2010, includes retreat
$ 300 a month ~ 7 payments after initial $250 registration deposit, includes retreat

*Cost of Tuition for Teacher Training includes Mastery Retreat Sept. 3-5. The retreat is a required component of your training. $250 deposit required for registration and applied towards total cost of training (deposits are non-refundable).

REVIEW CLASS SCHEDULE:
Saturdays 8~11am Group Experientials (once monthly) Outdoors at Coronado Bay
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
All students must regularly attend Deep Yoga/Deep Healing classes at Ginseng Yoga Studio as this experience will contribute to your training and progress. Class passes are available for purchase at Ginseng. All students will also be required to do weekly studies, contribute to DYSHA online forums, write weekly papers, participate in Bhodi Groups (student groups which will meet weekly to practice together), observe a minimum of 4 classes, teach 3 seva (service) classes, and to be fully committed to the training throughout the year.
