This DVD was created by Laura for the elegant Sophia Hotel of San Diego to help travelers relax, release tension and stress, plus strengthen body, mind and spirit.  It  is also perfect for those wanting guidance with a home practice as well as when on the road.  The practices were filmed at the hotel and San Diego Bay, featuring music by Ashana, Guruganesha with Snatam Kaur, and Benjy Wertheimer.


Morning Yoga Practice: Awakens and energizes the body, focuses the mind, helps you launch your day.  Recommended for those  with previous Yoga experience.


Evening Yoga Practice:  For late afternoon or evening to purify, balance and calm the nerves for a peaceful transition into evening hours.  For all levels of practitioners, including beginners.


Restorative Yoga Practice: Gentle and rejuvenating, this practice can be done at any time to help you unwind and renew.  It is especially helpful for chronic pain, stress or insomnia.  no previous Yoga experience required.
