Mastery of Life: A program for all Yoga Practitioners desiring to bring the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda more fully into their lives. This training is the same as Yoga Teacher Training without the final two Teacher Training Intensives. (Click here for details)
Mastery Yoga Teacher Training: This training is for those aspiring to teach as well as live Yoga. It expands Mastery of Life training with two more Intensives dedicated to the principles and tools of teaching. For an overview of the Deep Yoga teaching style, click here. Deep Yoga is based in San Diego and partnered with Ginseng Yoga Studio. Ginseng Yoga Studio of San Diego is located in South Park and draws students from throughout San Diego County and Southern California. It is home to DYSHA, the Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts, where through the Sacred Sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, Deep Yoga guides clients, students and teachers into taking Yoga up off their mats and fully into their lives. We offer teacher training, retreats, workshops, seminars, Yoga classes and private healing & lifestyle sessions. We are devoted to healing, personal growth and unfolding the power inherent within us all to experience who we truly are, manifest our greatest aspirations, serve humankind and ultimately merge with the Divine.
